Subscription and Payment

CodingCompanion offers subscription-based services with the following terms:

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Payment: You must provide valid payment information and keep it current
  • Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodingCompanion and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without notice
  • Survival: Provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply
